Replacement of old, leaking and damaged oil tanks
A replacement may be needed where the existing tank is leaking, cracked, bulging, badly worn or no longer suitable for continued use.
Usable oil may be retained where possible. Waste oil, sludge and residues are handled during the job and removed as part of the service.
Disposal of the old tank and related waste is included as part of the replacement job.

The old tank is removed and the area is prepared for installation of the replacement tank.
Inspect the tank, base and access
The existing tank, pipework, base and access route are checked before work begins.

If the tank is sitting unevenly, the base is damaged or the tank is no longer properly supported, replacement work may also involve attention to the base.

Hi, I called Brian for a tank replacement. He and his colleague arrived as scheduled (actually ahead of schedule) . the completed everything on time and extremely neatly and efficiently including removal of water from bottom of the tank, transfer of 'clean' kerosene to holding tanks, upgrading the base with lintels to ensure it was level and supported the new tank properly, transfer back the clean kerosene, clean out of the line between the tanks and boiler, bleeding of the boiler, removal of dirty fuel and removal of old tank. I have no hesitation recommending them for tank replacement. Top class service.
